So Sore

If you are observant you would notice that the clock says the 12th. Yes I am reusing pictures, but also I just looked at the clock and it is actually a day behind. haha today is definitely not the 13th like it says right now, it is the 14th.

Workout: 1200m intervals with standing/walking rest

a few seconds off goal pace. my arms were super sore from lifting yesterday, haha i felt like they were bricks, same with my legs. I'm deciding not to lift tomorrow because of our race this weekend. I'll lift twice a week next week.
hopefully will get time to hit the ice bath.

total miles for the day so far: 5.75 miles

I have drills/core today so I’ll probably have another mile or so to add for the day.

wooooooot to intervals. i think as i gear up for my 10k i might steal this and use it as a base for future speed workouts.
