Tuesday
Recovery run. Was supposed to be my midweek long run but it was pouring rain. We got rain while everyone else in Missouri got huge snow storms, so you can imagine how much rain we got.

Wednesday
12 x 400m goal pace of 95-97 seconds
splits went: 95, 93, 94, 94, 91, 92, 95, 95, 94, 94, 93, 87
this was a really relaxed workout and the last 400m coach said we could give it some zip if we wanted. All the others he wanted within that range.
warmup: 1 mile
cool down: 1 mile

Thursday

Also next Wednesday I’m excited because we are doing a mile time trial and if I break 5:45 or run 5:45 I might run conference in the distance medley relay. Mind you I’ve never broken 6 minutes, but I also haven’t raced a mile in forever, so this is do-able.
*two more weeks until my first indoor meet. I’m racing the 3k. SO EXCITED!!
