Saturday’s are wonderful because I get an off day from running.
Yesterday’s workout went great and was extremely comfortable.
We had 8-12 x 200m at mile pace.
- Goal pace: 43-44
- splits went: 41, 43, 42, 41, 42, 41, 42, 41, 39, 40
If I could comfortably run those 41’s and 42’s then I might be able to maintain 43’s for the mile which means a 5:45 mile.
- Between each 200m we had 200m jog recovery
- then we had a 12 minute warmup and 10 minute cooldown
total mileage for the day: 4.75
I have an orange addiction. I eat at least 3 a day. If any orange companies out there want to send me some oranges, I would greatly appreciate it/be honored and forever thankful!
This weekend consists of lots of Organic Chemistry. I have a test Wednesday.
