So today we had a workout that we have been preparing mentally and physically for since coach basically said it will be the hardest of the year and about 60% of us will not make it haha meaning hit our times or complete the workout. However we all did amazing today!!! So happy with how fast everyone felt and how good it felt to be that fast!
