Mine: 15 min of hill repeats + a few miles.

this is a new series and we’ll see how successful it is.

hmmmmm my workout? maybe an hour long run? i've been really lax lately about planning out what i want to do haha. i need to set up a schedule or something

Hi Sam! I have recently found your blog and Love reading!! Tonight after work, I hope to get a quick 3-5 mile run in on my hilliest route (weather permitting). It's a quick workout, but intense!

i have a lot of hills that would be perfect for this around my 'hood lol. great plan! gonna be tough for the leggies but worth it! <3
