Thank you all for your kind words about feeling low yesterday. After I finished my hill repeats I looked up and saw the silver lining around all the clouds. Then I thought about how great of a workout I just did and things started looking up. I felt better at that moment. It was a nice feeling. Definitely took my frustrations out on that hill.

hmmmm maybe 7 miles? i won't know until i get out there but i do know that one of my workouts will be studyingggggggg.
im thinking/hoping for 8 miles in about an hour...but i will settle for 7 if i get bored on the treadmill.
I already did my workout for today which was an easy 10 miles. I may go and lift weights after work if I find the motivation.
