1 mile time trial: 6:16 on the indoor track (pretty good for only have 1 solid week of training before hand)
3 mile easy run: 26:05 @ 8:41 pace
3 mile easy run: 24:39 @ 8:13 pace
Off day – no run
3.85 miles in 32:13 @ 8:22 pace
Was supposed to be 4 miles, but we cut off some. Extremely windy and cold run. Legs felt like bricks and wouldn’t move.
2.9 miles in 23:57 @ 8:15 pace
2 easy miles in 16:00 @ 8:00 pace
Only did one mile on the indoor track and the other on the elliptical. My knee was hurting from the track.
5 mile long run in 45:17 @ 9:03 pace
Well let’s just say this run was FREEZING. We got our first snow in the morning as well as some ice. So on our run we had to run slow in order to not fall. The wind was so bad it hurt and it felt like we were running against a brick wall the whole time. It was 19 degrees out with a “feels like 11 degrees” at the time we ran. BRRRR
