Clif Z Bar like always before the run.
6x800 meters on the grass with a huge hill haha. However it wasn’t exactly 800 meters, so coach said to subtract about 3 seconds or so from the splits.
goal time for each was 3:30, we also got jogging recovery between each 800m.
Warm up: ~1.25 miles
Cooldown: .86 miles
With the drills later on we ran: .75 miles.
Total miles for the day: 7.9 miles
Footlong turkey and swiss.
Did a drill/core set. I don’t remember all the things we did, so unfortunately I can’t share them.

5.5 Miles in 46:46 [8:30 per mile]
another easy day. had slight discomfort in my ankle/inside of leg but I iced that baby right after practice. Ran the river 5 mile loop, or 4.85 loop lol, then ran almost 3 laps on the track to get my 5.5
?? not sure time for the .5 because garmin did not want to lap/stop because of the sweat ha.
Two grilled cheese and turkey sandwiches as well as a piece of supreme pizza and sausage/pepperoni.
Also some potato soup. Then orange juice!
I had a Student Dietetics Meeting today.
I have to memorize some elements for Chemistry.
Probably will watch some more Big Brother UK.
