This should hopefully be the last hectic post for awhile. Tomorrow should be the start of a regular scheduled posting, so we’ll see how it goes.

So Friday was our workout day. I had a 5 mile progressive tempo.

I need new shoes. Honestly I've never put over 300 miles on my shoes and I realize why, my arches, heels and inside of my legs by my ankles have been killing me the last few days. The only thing I can think it would be is the shoes.
Tiffany and I ran the workout together. To sum it up, here's our conversation with 1 mile to go.
"I feel like this is a lot faster than our race pace at forest park" -sam
"I feel like dying" -tiffany
"my quads hurt so bad" -sam

Then yesterday I did 4 miles really easy. We went to Forest Park again to watch a high school race and so we ran our run around there.
4 Miles in 34:52 [8:43 per mile]
Today is a long run and it’s 7 miles. I’m getting ready to head out to do that.

great food. it reminds me of my dining hall. granted i've been graduated about 4 months now but whatever ;)
